Technical Support Forum

Please post technical or general project questions to the PJRC Forum.

Paul monitors the forum and generally responds to forum posts more rapidly than private email. Paul prefers to answer tech questions on the forum, so the solutions remain online and available for search. Maybe your questions is already on the forum?

Before posting a technical question to the forum, please check the Teensy Troubleshooting page for solutions to common problems, and review the Posting Guidelines. Posting a question with enough information (eg, the source code you're compiling/running) is the key to getting a useful answer!

The Project Guidance forum is the perfect place to ask if Teensy or other PJRC products can work for your project. If you describe what you're trying to accomplish, rather than merely a narrow technical question, often other forum users will have some valuable advise or alternate ideas that might save you a lot of time.

If you call us, please remember that we are on the West coast in the USA (Pacific Time Zone). Our normal business hours are 9 AM tp 4 PM, Monday to Friday. We generally try to answer calls during this time, but with the many demands of running a small company with just a few people, sometimes we simply can't answer. Email is a more reliable way to contact us.
