The Teensy can be converted to 3.3 volts by soldering this MCP1825 voltage regulator to the bottom side, and configuring the connections on the nearby solder pads. Code running on a 3.3 volt board should set the CPU prescaler to 0x01 (8 MHz).
This Teensy has been converted to run at 3.3 volts.
