These files have been placed in the public domain.
They are distributed in the hope that they will be
useful, but are provided without any warranty,
not even a warranty of merchantability or fitness
for a particular purpose.
- OSU8 Tools
- This package includes the
assembler
(osu8asm),
software simulator
(osu8sim),
microcode compiler
(ucode2vhld & ucode2blif),
and a file format translator
(hex2rom) that converts intel-hex into the rom format used by
Viewlogic's ViewSim program.
- All Schematic Files, Viewlogic Format
- This is all the schematic files created for OSU8, including a
small library called my_x3000, which is just a wrapper for the xilinx
library, originally intended to allow OSU8 to target either 3000 or
4000 series, without much rework in the schematics. These files are
more or less useless unless you have a licensed copy of Viewlogic's
viewdraw software. You could always browse the
on-line schematic.

- Viewsyn command files, postscript prints, other misc files.
(more download files will be added... assembly language test programs, microcode and logic output from microcode compiler, xilinx related files... must be more things I'm not remembering right now; it's late and I should get some sleep!)
