Someday a description of the code simulations, with nice screenshots of the simulation waveforms and a clock-by-clock comparison with the software simulator and assembly language source code should appear on this page.

Though it's just a bunch of waveforms, it really is pretty cool to see that they are code execution that corresponds to the original source code.

Here's a rough picture (from a postscript output, not a nice color screen capture). The signal names correspond roughly to the bus and net names in the main schematic.
