Example Code Moved to Rev 5 Section

These example programs have been moved to the Rev 5 section, to avoid duplication of the code (where the old version would not be maintained). The Rev 4 and Rev 5 boards have an indentical memory map and are 100% compatible. Rev 5 adds diagnostic LEDs, an alternate power input, and other cosmetic usability improvements.
